8. The Import Required by Walgreens field should pre-populate based on the selection made on the Source Record page.
For a Domestic Product:
- Select the country where your Product is manufactured from the drop-down to complete the Where is your Product manufactured? field.
- If the country is the United States, you must answer the question: Do you know your HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification?
▪ If you know it, select Yes and fill out the HTS table (at least one line).
▪ If you do not know the HTS code, select No and fill out a detailed Product description for Centrix to classify it on behalf of Supplier/Walgreens. Centrix is a Third-Party tool integrated with Stibo that provides Walgreens with the appropriate HTS code whenever the Supplier does not know it. This tool is only used for Customs Compliance and the Import tab and attributes.
- If the country is not the United States, you must fill out the HTS table, including the country of origin for each component. The component percentage must add up
up to = 100%.

• You will need to ensure you have a Conversion Factor (1) for both your EACH

14. For All Displays:
• Select your Ordering Unit
- DSD – Each
15. Once your Packaging Hierarchy is complete, navigate to the Cost Information tab and complete the details. The Initial Invoice Cost that was previously entered in the Source Record page should be pre-populated. The Initial Invoice Cost should be displayed in the Cost Information table with a valid date. Click the Cost Validation
button.
28. Also, after clicking the Cost Validation button, you may choose to refer back to the Main Information tab to see that the Component Unit Cost, Component Total Cost, and Display UoM for all components are automatically populated. The Display Total Cost will be displayed automatically.
29. Once you have finalized and ensured that all Product attributes are correct, you can submit your Proposal by clicking the Submit all button.
30. The Submit Properties pop-up window is displayed. You can enter a message for the Merchant and click the OK button. This will send the Proposal for Merchant review, and you will be directed back to the Stibo dashboard
You can continue enrichment of your Proposal after sending it for approval because enrichment and Merchant review are parallel processes. However, the attributes filled out on the Proposal Main Information tab, including costs, are not editable during enrichment. These attributes can only be edited if the Merchant sends the Proposal back for rework.
Through a daily emailed batch, the appropriate CM receives an email on the number of Proposals sitting in their queue. Thus, the CM reviews the Proposal and can either accept it, reject it, or ask for rework. If the CM requests rework before the Enrichment stage, the Proposal goes to the rework stage, and you must rework before Enrichment. After reworking the Proposal, you can submit or resubmit enrichment.
If the CM rejects the Proposal, the product appears in the Rejected Queue in the Supplier Page, and the CM can leave a comment, and you can review it in the Audit tab. If the CM accepts the Proposal, the workflow continues, and the DCM enriches the Proposal with
Digital specific attributes.
