Please follow the below prompts to create an account in the Walgreens Help Center. Registration only requires a name and email - you do not need a Walgreens account to create an account in the help center.
Registration to the Help Center will give you access to the articles and videos on the below screen shot. It will also give you the ability to monitor and respond to your open tickets, aside from the notifications you receive via email.
1. If you are prompted to log in to 'Walgreens', please select 'Switch to customer sign-in'
2. Select the 'Sign Up' hyperlink at the bottom of the window
3. Follow the prompts and populate all mandatory attributes. Once completed, select done and your account will be active immediately.
